Dr. Rebecca Manley is a board-certified veterinary radiologist based in Seattle, WA, and originally from Eastern Canada. After earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College, she built a strong clinical foundation in small animal practice before completing a rotating internship, a diagnostic imaging internship at the Atlantic Veterinary College, and a diagnostic imaging residency at the University of Tennessee. She became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology in 2012, joining an elite group of specialists recognized worldwide for excellence in diagnostic imaging.

With over a decade of experience across referral practice, mobile ultrasound services, and teleradiology, Dr. Manley is recognized as much for her clinical expertise as for her passion for teaching. She has delivered virtual instruction to veterinary students and residents worldwide, with particular focus on strengthening specialty education at U.S. veterinary schools. She served in a leadership role on the Education Team of a global telehealth company, where she helped shape innovative approaches to student and resident learning in diagnostic imaging.

Today, Dr. Manley, in addition to being the CEO and Chief Medical Officer of V.E.T.S., is part of the faculty at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, where she combines advanced imaging science with hands-on teaching to prepare the next generation of veterinarians.

Based in the Pacific Northwest with her family, she brings warmth and balance to her professional life through her love of outdoor living, making her equally at home in the lecture hall, executive activity, or exploring the natural beauty of Washington state.
